Hey, I’m Myles Owen—a certified nutritionist, yoga teacher, and personal trainer with a deep passion for making wellness accessible to real people living real lives. I specialize in helping folks who are burnt out, chronically ill, neurodivergent, or just tired of being told they have to be perfect to be healthy. I live with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), so I understand firsthand how unpredictable and overwhelming it can feel to manage your health when your body doesn’t always cooperate.
I created NutriGoods because I couldn’t find wellness resources that actually worked for people like me—people balancing full-time jobs, limited energy, chronic conditions, tight budgets, and messy life stuff. My approach is trauma-informed, identity-safe, and flexible. Whether you're working with me 1:1 or exploring my self-guided resources, my goal is to help you feel nourished, empowered, and supported—without judgment, pressure, or perfectionism.
When I’m not coaching or creating content, you can usually find me hanging out with my service dog, Pretzel, making budget-friendly meals, or building a life filled with rest, care, and purpose—one small win at a time.
